1. ELIGIBILITY: Wonka Golden Ticket Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes” or “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older and have a valid email account as of the date of entry ("Eligible Entrants"). Employees of Ferrero U.S.A., Inc. ("Sponsor"), its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, its promotion, advertising and internet agencies, including Administrator as defined below, Prize suppliers, Netflix Media, LLC (“Netflix” or “Prize partner”), (and their respective employees, directors, officers and agents) (collectively, the "Released Parties"), and each member of their immediate family (spouse, parent, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or those persons living in the same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Administrator’s server shall be the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes. Netflix is the Prize partner of sponsor but is not a sponsor or administrator of this sweepstakes. Entrants are providing information to Sponsor and not to Netflix.

2. HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes shall begin at 9:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on November 2, 2026 and end at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on July 31, 2027 ("Promotion Period”) and is comprised of three (3) Phases as set forth in Rule 3 below. Eligible Entrants (each an "Entrant") may visit the Wonka website https://www.wonka.com/us/en/ or scan the QR code (found on specially marked promotional packs of Ferrero brand Wonka products, advertising displays at retail stores selling Ferrero brand Wonka products or other promotional materials advertising Wonka brand chocolate products) and follow the on-screen directions to complete and submit the online entry form with all required information, including name and email address. Submission of a completed online entry form (“Completed Form”) will result in a game play for a chance to win an Instant Win Prize of a Golden Ticket Experience or a Wonka Factory Bundle, as defined below. For the avoidance of doubt, a Completed Form is completely separate and apart from a Prize Claim submitted by a potential Winner of an Instant Win Prize, as discussed below. Submission of the Completed Form will also result in receipt of one (1) entry in the random drawing for a chance to win the Random Drawing Prize of a Golden Ticket Experience provided that Entrant did not win a Golden Ticket Experience Instant Win Prize. Regardless of whether or not Entrant won a Wonka Factory Bundle Instant Win Prize, he/she will receive one (1) entry in the random drawing for a chance to win another Golden Ticket Experience (“Random Drawing Prize of a Golden Ticket Experience”). If a winning notification is shown on screen after submission of Completed Form, Entrant will be asked to claim their Instant Win Prize. (If Entrant is not a Winner, they will instead receive a “non-winning” message.) To claim an Instant Win Prize, Entrant will be required to re-enter their email address, provide a shipping address and confirm their compliance with these Official Rules (“P Claim”). Prize Claim must be completed during same online session as when Instant Win Prize notification was received and, after such time, Prize Claim is void (and Instant Win Prize will be forfeited without compensation and will NOT be awarded). It is the potential winning Entrant’s sole responsibility to provide his/her correct email address and shipping address in P Claim in order for the Instant Win Prize to be awarded; if potential winning Entrant fails to do so the corresponding Instant Win Prize will be forfeited without compensation and will NOT be awarded. UNCLAIMED OR FORFEITED INSTANT WIN PRIZES WILL NOT BE AWARDED.

Limit one (1) entry per person per day during the Promotion Period. For purposes of this Promotion, a “day” is defined as the period beginning at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. ET, except for November 2, 2027, when the day will begin at 9:00:00 a.m. ET and end at 11:59:59 p.m. ET. Any violation of this entry limit, any use of automated/programmed methods of entry or third-party services to effect entry will result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Entrants can enter via desktop computer or compatible mobile device. Standard data rates may apply if entering via mobile device, check with your mobile data carrier. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for late, lost, garbled/undecipherable, inaccessible, blocked, corrupted, misdirected, incomplete, incorrect or invalid entries, which shall be void and disqualified.

3. WINNER SELECTION - There will be a total of one thousand four hundred and forty (1,440) Wonka Factory Bundle Instant Win Prizes, and Four (4) Golden Ticket Experience Instant Win Prizes in total. After conclusion of the Promotion Period there will be one (1) Random Drawing Prize of a Golden Ticket Experience made via random drawing. The promotion will be made up of three (3) phases ("Phase" or "Phases").

Phase 1 - begins at 9:00:00 a.m. ET on November 2, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. on January 9, 2027. (2) Golden Ticket Experience Instant Win Prizes and four hundred and eighty (480) Wonka Factory Bundle Instant Win Prizes available to be won.
Phase 2 - begins at 12:00:00 a.m. ET on January 10, 2027 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. on April 30, 2027. (1) Golden Ticket Experience Instant Win Prize and four hundred and eighty (480) Wonka Factory Bundle Instant Win Prizes available to be won.
Phase 3 - begins at 12:00:00 a.m. ET on May 1, 2027 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. on July 31, 2027 (1) Golden Ticket Experience Instant Win Prizes and four hundred and eighty (480) Wonka Factory Bundle Instant Win Prizes available to be won.

For each Phase, Instant Win Prize(s) have been randomly assigned to a randomly pre-selected day and time during the applicable Phase. The first person who submits the Completed Form as per Rule 2 above at or after the randomly pre-selected day and time during the applicable Phase will win the corresponding Instant Win Prize, subject to verification of their eligibility and full compliance with these Official Rules. Actual odds of winning an Instant Win Prize depend on the number of eligible Entrants during a given Phase and the day/time during a given Phase that an Entrant submits their Completed Form.

There will be one (1) additional Golden Ticket Experience Prize, with the Winner selected in a random drawing comprised of all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted on or about August 3, 2027 by the Administrator and sponsor, whose decisions are final on all matters relating thereto. Odds of winning the Random Drawing Prize of a Golden Ticket Experience depend upon the number of Eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period.

4. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential Wonka Factory Bundle Instant Win Prize Winners will be notified instantly after submission of a Completed Form. Allow approximately 6 to 8 weeks after submission of Prize Claim (as set forth in Rule 2 above) to receive Wonka Factory Bundle Instant Win Prize provided that your eligibility and full compliance with these Official Rules has been confirmed by Sponsor/Administrator.

Potential Golden Ticket Experience Instant Win Prize Winners will be notified instantly after submission of a Completed Form and confirmed via email 3-5 business days after submission of a Prize Claim (as set forth in Rule 2 above). Potential Winner of the Random Drawing Prize of a Golden Ticket Experience will be notified via email on or about August 6, 2027. Potential Winners of Random Drawing Golden Ticket Experience Prize and Golden Ticket Experience Instant Win Prizes must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where lawful) (collectively, the “Release Documents”) within three (3) business days of notification. In the event potential Winner of Golden Ticket Experience Prize (a) fails to return the Release Documents within such three (3) business day period, or (b) is not eligible to win the Golden Ticket Experience Prize or is otherwise in violation of these Official Rules, the Golden Ticket Experience Prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind. In such case: (a) for Random Drawing Golden Ticket Experience Prize, an alternate Winner may be selected from among all remaining Eligible Entries received for the random drawing and (b) THE GOLDEN TICKET EXPERIENCE INSTANT WIN PRIZES WILL NOT BE AWARDED.

5. PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (ARV):

WONKA FACTORY BUNDLE PRIZE: One (1) Custom Tote Bag containing select Ferrero brand Wonka products. Specific mix of Ferrero brand Wonka products in Tote Bag is at Sponsor’s sole discretion and has not been finally determined. The Tote Bag may include one or more of the following: PurplyPurple Chocolate Caramel Tablet Bar, Wonka Chocolate Magic Hats Assorted Chocolate (12 or 18 count), Wonka Magic Garden Lemon Lime Chewy Ropes, Wonka Oompa Loompa Blueberry & Strawberry Gummies.

(480) Wonka Factory Bundle Prizes are available to be won per Phase.

ARV: $55 each.

GOLDEN TICKET EXPERIENCE INSTANT WIN PRIZE/RANDOM DRAWING PRIZE OF GOLDEN TICKET EXPERIENCE: Golden Ticket Experience Prize Winner will receive a four (4) day, three (3) night trip for Winner (“Winner”) and up to three (3) guests (“Guests”) to Las Vegas (“Trip”).

Trip will include round trip economy class air transportation for Winner and Guests from a major commercial airport near Winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor), three (3) nights’ standard hotel accommodation with a minimum four star rating (two rooms, double occupancy, room and tax only), non-exclusive ground transportation to and from airport and hotel in Las Vegas NV**; 4 VIP tickets for admission to the “Netflix House” on the Las Vegas Strip, and a check in the amount of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) which the Winner may use to defray unspecified expenses in conjunction with acceptance and use of Prize.

ARV: $9,000 each.

Trip must occur from July 1, 2027 – March 31, 2028 or Golden Ticket Experience Prize (that is, Golden Ticket Experience Instant Win Prize or Random Drawing Golden Ticket Experience Prize) may be forfeited with no substitute Prize element or compensation being awarded. Travel dates and arrangements are subject to air travel, holiday, blockout dates, and other Prize and travel restrictions. Winner to select travel dates (between July 1, 2027 and March 31,2028); selected travel dates subject to Sponsor approval in their sole discretion and Winner may not receive his/her first choice of travel dates. Reservations are subject to availability. Trip must be booked at least thirty (30) days prior to intended departure date. If Winner elects to partake in any or all portions of the Prize without all three (3) Guests, the Prize will be awarded to Winner and the number of Guests actually accompanying him/her on the Trip only and no further or alternative compensation will be awarded. The preceding includes receipt of only a quantity of tickets to the “Netflix House” equivalent to the Winner and the number of Guests actually accompanying the Winner on the Trip. All elements of the Prize must be redeemed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted after confirmation of status as Winner. Unless child or ward of Winner or Guest, Guests must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on the same itinerary and at the same time as the Winner. Guests (if a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, his/her parent or legal guardian) must sign and return a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where lawful) prior to travel. ARV of Prize may vary depending upon the points of departure, ground transportation, and/or airline fare fluctuations; any difference between stated ARV and final ARV of Prize will not be awarded. Prize consists only of the elements expressly set forth above; no other elements or expenses (including, without limitation, insurance, meals, unspecified ground transportation, phone calls, baggage, gratuities, incidentals, souvenirs) are included in the Prize and all such expenses are the sole responsibility of Winner. Winner is responsible for any air travel taxes and/or expenses, including applicable departure taxes or fees, inspection charges, baggage fees, and security charges. Winner and Guests are responsible for obtaining, at their own expense, any necessary travel documentation (e.g., valid photo identification) prior to travel. Once issued, tickets are nontransferable and may not be reissued once travel has commenced. Open tickets may not be issued and stopovers are not permitted. All travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor.

** If Winner lives within reasonable driving distance of Las Vegas (as determined by Sponsor and Administrator in their sole discretion), air transportation may be substituted with another method of transportation by Sponsor in their sole discretion; and, in such case, no substitute Prize or compensation will be awarded.

“Netflix House” Restrictions: The “Netflix House” location is scheduled to open on the Las Vegas Strip sometime in 2027. If the “Netflix House” location is not open on the Las Vegas Strip at the time of Trip, Golden Ticket Experience Prize will consist of its remaining elements and no substitute Prize or compensation will be awarded. The experiences available at “Netflix House” location change frequently at Netflix’s sole discretion and depend on date of visit. Winner and Guests must at all times fully comply with the Netflix Code of Conduct, https://help.netflix.com/en/legal/netflixhousecode including without limitation, (a) acting appropriately at all times and refraining from using offensive language; (b) agreeing to a security screening and bag search as a condition of admission to “Netflix House”; (c) not bringing weapons and other prohibited items into “Netflix House.” “Netflix House” ticket allows for admission to certain experiences at designated times.

All parts of the Prize are subject to availability and blockout dates, and subject to change without written notice or warning. Should any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of a party, whether or not existing, known, foreseen or foreseeable at the time this Promotion occurs, render the redemption or fulfilment of some or all of the Golden Ticket Experience Prize delayed, hindered, adversely affected, impracticable, or impossible, Sponsor in their sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to evaluate and make modifications to the redemption and fulfillment processes and timelines for the Golden Ticket Experience Prize, which may include but are not limited to providing additional time for redemption and/ or fulfillment, or offering experiences and items of an equivalent or greater value.

The Golden Ticket Experience Prize will be terminated without liability to Released Parties if Sponsor or Netflix determines in the sole discretion of either party that Winner and/or Guests are acting in an inappropriate, anti-social or otherwise unacceptable manner in conjunction with Trip. The preceding includes but is not limited to the conduct of Winner and Guests when attending “Netflix House.” If the violation is particularly egregious or blatant, the Golden Ticket Experience Prize may be terminated without warning or prior notice of any kind. In all cases, termination of Golden Ticket Experience Prize will not represent the sole legal remedy available to Released Parties and Released Parties may pursue any and all other available legal remedies so as to protect their respective legal rights.

The Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) for all Prizes is $124,200

All Prize suppliers are in no way a sponsor, endorser, or otherwise associated with this Sweepstakes.

A GIVEN PERSON/E-MAIL ADDRESS MAY ONLY WIN A MAXIMUM OF ONE (1) WONKA FACTORY BUNDLE INSTANT WIN PRIZE. A GIVEN PERSON/E-MAIL ADDRESS MAY ONLY WIN ONE (1) GOLDEN TICKET EXPERIENCE PRIZE.

6. ADDITIONAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: For Golden Ticket Experience Instant Win Prize/ Random Drawing Prize of Golden Ticket Experience, Prizes to be awarded "as is" and any and all third-party warranties and/or guarantees (if any) shall be subject to the manufacturers'/suppliers’ terms, as applicable; therefore, Winners agree to look solely to such manufacturer(s)/supplier(s) for any such warranty(s) and/or guarantee(s), if any. Any Prize depiction is for illustrative purposes only. Sponsor shall not be responsible for lost or stolen Prizes, or any part thereof, or any issues arising out of or in connection with Winner's use of a Prize, or any part thereof. Prizes consist of only the items specifically listed as part of the Prize. No Prize transfer permitted. Prizes cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash value. No Prize substitution, in whole or in part, except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a Prize (in whole or in part) of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Except with Sponsor's written consent (which may be granted or withheld by Sponsor without liability of any kind), Prize must be accepted as awarded. As applicable, any stated difference between the approximate retail value and actual value of Prize (or any component thereof) or any substituted Prize (or any component thereof) will not be awarded. Winner is solely responsible for any costs and expenses in connection with the Prize not expressly described herein as being awarded including, without limitation, all federal, state, or local taxes (if any) on the Prize and any additional costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the Prize. Golden Ticket Experience Prize Winner will be issued an IRS 1099 Tax Form reflecting the value of the Golden Ticket Experience Prize and Wonka Factory Bundle Instant Win Prize won (if any); Golden Ticket Experience Prize Winner agrees to fully cooperate with Sponsor and its representatives (including Administrator) with regard to Sponsor’s fulfillment of its obligation to report award of Prize(s) to Winner including by providing his/her Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number upon request. In no event will more than the stated number of Prizes be awarded. Should there be a programming, production, technological, printing or other error of any kind regarding stated Prize(s) Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible Prize claimants of the stated Prize(s) to award only the number of stated Prize(s) which have not already been awarded.) As applicable, Sponsor reserves the right to ship various Prize components separately.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: No liability or responsibility is assumed by Sponsor or the Released Parties resulting from Entrant's participation in or attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes, or ability or inability to upload or download any information in connection with the Sweepstakes (including, the Prize Claim procedure). No responsibility or liability is assumed by Sponsor or the Released Parties for technical problems or technical malfunction arising in connection with any of the following occurrences which may affect the operation of the Promotion: (a) hardware or software errors; (b) faulty computer, cable, satellite, network, cellular, electronic, Internet connectivity or other online or network communication problems; (c) errors or limitations of any Internet or wireless service providers, servers, hosts or other providers; (d) garbled, jumbled or faulty data transmissions; (e) failure of any online transmissions to be sent or received; (f) lost, late, delayed or intercepted transmissions; (g) inaccessibility of the Website in whole or in part for any reason; (h) traffic congestion on the Internet or the Website; (i) unauthorized human or non-human intervention of the operation of the Promotion, including without limitation, unauthorized activity of any kind, tampering, hacking, theft, virus, bugs, or worms; (j) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, theft or destruction of, unauthorized access to, delay in operation, transmission, distribution of, alteration of, entry/game play procedure, whether caused by the Entrant, or otherwise; (k) any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion, or otherwise; or (l) destruction of any aspect of the Promotion, or loss, misdirection, inaccessibility or unavailability of an email account used in connection with the Promotion. The Released Parties are not responsible for any printing, typographical, technical, computer, network or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion, the uploading, the processing of Entries/game plays/Prize Claims, the announcement of the Prizes or any Promotion-related materials. Use of Website is at user’s own risk. The Released Parties are not responsible for any personal injury, death or property damage or losses of any kind which may be sustained to Entrant’s, or any other person's computer or mobile device resulting from participation in the Promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for any human error that may occur in the processing of the Sweepstakes.

8. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION/GENERAL RULES: By entering, each Entrant agrees (a) that Sponsor and its designees shall have the right and permission to use in any manner (unless prohibited by law) Entrant's name, voice, city and state of residence, and photographs and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade and/or promotion and/or any other purpose now or hereafter known anywhere in the world in perpetuity without compensation, permission or notification to Entrant, or any third parties, except where prohibited by law; (b) to release the Released Parties from any and all liability and to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage to Entrant or any other person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to Entrant or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of (i) the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of Prize(s); (ii) participation in or administration of this Sweepstakes including but not limited to your access to and use of any Promotion related website and/or downloading from and/or printing material downloaded from any websites associated with the Sweepstakes; (iii) the exploitation of any of the rights granted herein; and (iv) any element of this Sweepstakes; (c) to assume all liability for any injury or damage related to (a) (i)-(iv); (d) to be bound by the Official Rules and the Administrator's/Sponsor’s decisions which are final; (e) to waive all rights to claim or collect direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages or losses of any kind; (f) that the Released Parties’ total liability for all damages, losses or causes of action will in no event exceed five dollars ($5); (g) that all causes of action relating to this Sweepstakes will be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (h) that any and all claims, judgments, or awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred (if any), excluding attorneys' fees; and (i) that New York law shall apply exclusively to the Sweepstakes and that any dispute with respect to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved in either the federal or state courts located in the County of New York, State of New York, regardless of conflict of law/choice of law provisions of New York or any other jurisdiction.

Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes (including but not limited to any attempt to defraud Sponsor or Administrator in conjunction with the implementation of the Sweepstakes) or whose conduct potentially compromised the Sweepstakes or who are in violation of these Official Rules as solely determined by the Administrator and Sponsor will be disqualified and all associated Sweepstakes entries /game plays/Prize Claims will be void; such action will not represent the sole legal remedy available to Released Parties and Released Parties may pursue any and all other available legal remedies so as to protect their respective legal rights. Every submission must be manually keystroked and manually entered by the Entrant and repetitive, automated electronic submission of Sweepstakes game plays/entries is specifically disallowed.

Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes (in whole or in part) if fraud, technical failures or errors, viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or any or other similar causes or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs or compromises the administration, security, integrity or fairness of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and limit entries/ game plays to those submitted prior to the action taken, or to otherwise proceed (including making Prizes available) in such a manner as may be deemed fair, equitable and consistent with these Official Rules as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event the Sweepstakes is cancelled or terminated, notice will be posted online at www.wonka.com. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. Entry information becomes property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

In the event a dispute arises regarding the specific individual entitled to receive a Prize, a game play/entry will be deemed made by the "authorized email account holder" of the email address submitted on the Completed Form. "Authorized email account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Entrant may be requested to provide Sponsor/Administrator with proof that the Entrant is the authorized email account holder of the email address in question. Any damage made to any Sweepstakes-related website by an Entrant will be the responsibility of the authorized email account holder of the email address submitted on the Completed Form that is associated with the damage in question. Proof of submitting game plays/entries or Prize Claims will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREEN SHOTS OR OTHER MATERIALS IN PLACE OF ITS OFFICIAL INSTANT WIN PRIZE WINNER NOTIFICATION PROCEDURE/PRIZE CLAIM PROCEDURE. If an Entrant submits more than the stated number of entries/game plays permitted (i.e., one entry/game play per person/email address per day, as set forth above), and/or if Sponsor and/or Administrator suspects that an Entrant attempted to obtain additional entries /game plays by using multiple email addresses, user IDs, registrations, identities or any other method, all entries /game plays submitted by the Entrant will be declared void; such action will not represent the sole legal remedy available to Released Parties and Released Parties may pursue any and all other available legal remedies so as to protect their respective legal rights. Sponsor’s/Administrator’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute the waiver of such provision.

9. USE OF DATA: Sponsor will be collecting personal data about Entrants online, in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Please review Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://www.wonka.com/us/en/privacy-policy and at https://wellsenterprisesinc.com (accessible by clicking on Privacy Policy tab on the bottom of the homepage). By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants hereby agree to Sponsor's collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

10. REQUEST FOR WINNERS' NAMES: For the names of the Winners, send a self-addressed stamped (#10) envelope to: The Wonka Golden Ticket® Sweepstakes Winner, c/o Berlin Productions 4 International Dr., Suite 110 Rye Brook, NY 10573. Winners' names will be sent after Prizes have been awarded. Requests received after August 31, 2027 will not be honored.
