1. ELIGIBILITY: This game is open to legal residents of the 50 United States of America and District of Columbia 6 years of age and older. Employees of Nestlé USA, Inc. - The Willy Wonka Candy Factory ("Sponsor"), its affiliates, sales representatives, retailers, promotion and advertising agencies, contractors and any others engaged in the development, production or distribution of game materials, including each of their respective immediate families (spouse, and parents, children, and siblings, and each of their respective spouses regardless of residence) and persons residing in the households of any of these individuals are ineligible to play or win. All applicable federal, state and local laws apply. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. HOW TO PLAY: Look for a possible Golden Ticket inside specially marked Wonka Bars during the period beginning on or about 1/1/04 and ending 5/31/05 (or earlier, if supplies of specially-marked Wonka Bars are exhausted and distribution of all game pieces is complete). To play, carefully open the candy wrapper and look inside for a possible Golden Ticket. If you find a Golden Ticket and the prize indicated on the Golden Ticket matches the message printed on the inside of the candy wrapper, follow the directions in Rule #5 "HOW TO CLAIM A PRIZE." If no Golden Ticket is present and the message on the inside of the candy wrapper reads "PLEASE PLAY AGAIN", you are not a winner. To receive a copy of the Official Rules and to obtain a game wrapper without making a purchase: mail a self-addressed, stamped legal-size envelope (VT residents may omit return postage) to: Wonka Bar Golden Ticket Instant Win Game, P.O. Box 813080 Chicago, IL 60681-3080. Limit one request per stamped envelope. Game wrapper/Official Rules requests must be postmarked by 5/31/05.

3. PRIZES/ODDS: One (1) Grand Prize: Four (4) trips for a family of four (4) to any four (4) concerts of your choice in the continental United States. Each trip will include: round-trip coach class air travel for the winner and three (3) family members from a major airport nearest winner's residence to the event city; four (4) days/three (3) nights hotel accommodations (one (1) standard room with two (2) double beds), four (4) tickets to the event (up to $200.00 each), limousine ride between hotel and concert, $50.00 worth of Wonka candy to enjoy during the stay and $1,000.00 spending money. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of each trip is up to $5,350.00. The Maximum Retail Value of the Entire Grand Prize, including spending money, is up to $21,400.00. The odds of winning the Grand Prize are: 1:3,000,000. Eighty (80) First Prizes: A $150.00 Ticketmaster gift certificate. Approximate retail value is $150.00. Odds of winning a First Prize are 1:37,500. Three Hundred Twenty (320) Second Prizes: A $20.00 Music Cash gift certificate. Approximate retail value is $20.00. Odds of winning a Second Prize are 1:9,375.

4. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: No transfer of prizes or cash substitution of prizes permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute in whole or in part a prize of comparable or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable. All gift certificates are subject to the terms and conditions of the certificate issuer. Tickets to any event are subject to availability. Federal, state and local taxes, if any, and any expenses related to the acceptance and use of a prize which are not specified herein are the responsibility solely of the winner

5. HOW TO CLAIM A PRIZE: To claim a prize, sign the original winning Golden Ticket (no copies or mechanical reproductions will be accepted). On a separate 3"x5" card, hand print your name, complete street address, day/evening phone numbers and birthdate, and mail the signed original Golden Ticket, original candy wrapper and completed 3"x5" card to: Wonka Bar Golden Ticket Prize Claim, P.O. Box, 812720, Chicago, IL 60681-2720. (If you are a minor in the state in which you reside, you must also include the name and address of your parent/legal guardian on a 3"x 5" card and your parent/legal guardian must also sign the original winning Golden Ticket.) Prize claims must be postmarked by 9/30/05 and received by 10/7/05. You may wish to send your prize claim via a traceable form of delivery, but it is not required; however, all prize submissions are at your sole risk and proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery. It is recommended that you retain a photocopy of the Golden Ticket and the inside of the candy wrapper for your records. All prize claims are subject to verification. Following verification of his or her Golden Ticket and candy wrapper, the Grand Prize winner will be notified by a traceable form of delivery. First and Second Prize winners will receive their prize by mail. If a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited. UNCLAIMED PRIZES WILL NOT BE AWARDED.

6. CONDITIONS FOR RECEIVING GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prize winner (or his/her parent or legal guardian in the case of a minor) will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release which must be completed and returned within 14 days of date of notification or prize may be forfeited. Travel companions of Grand Prize winner must be immediate family members. Any family member who is a minor must travel with his/her parent/legal guardian. Travel companions will be required to sign Liability Releases and, where legal, Publicity Releases prior to issuance of travel documents. Grand Prize travel dates and arrangements are subject to availability, blackout dates, and other limitations and dates and time of travel are subject to Sponsor's approval. Winner and guests must travel on the same itineraries, and be available to travel on dates around each event as determined by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for cancellation of any event(s). If the event(s) portion of prize is cancelled or rescheduled for any reason, Sponsor will not be responsible for awarding that portion of the prize, but the remainder of the prize package will be awarded

7. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: By participating, participants (and parent/legal guardian if participant is a minor) agree to: (a) the Official Rules and the decisions of Nestle¢ USA, Inc. and the official judges, which shall be final in all respects; (b) if winners, the use of their names and/or likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation, except where prohibited by law; and (c) release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies, including Frankel and Company and asterisk*, and printing suppliers from any and all liabilities, damages and injuries arising out of their participation in this game and the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of any prize received in this game. As a condition of playing the Game, participant (and parent/legal guardian if participant is a minor) agrees that (i) under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, (ii) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Game, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (iii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Game, but in no event to include attorney's fees.

8. ADDITIONAL TERMS: Sponsor, prize providers and their agents are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, incorrect, damaged, misdirected, illegible, postage due mail/requests or prize claims. All requests/claims/submissions are Sponsor's property and will not be returned. All Golden Tickets and candy wrappers are subject to verification and are void if a) not obtained in accordance with these Official Rules and through legitimate channels, b) any part is counterfeit, altered, defective, illegible, reproduced, tampered with, mutilated or irregular in any way or c) they contain or are the result of printing, typographical, mechanical, seeding or other errors. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for printing, distribution or production errors and may rescind, cancel or revoke this Game based upon any such error without liability and at their sole discretion. Sponsor's liability for Golden Tickets or candy wrappers containing printing or other errors is limited to replacement of such game pieces with another eligible game piece, while supplies last. Participants assume all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay or misdirection of materials/mail submitted to Sponsor. If by reason of a printing or other error, more prizes are claimed in a prize category than the number set forth in these rules, all persons making purportedly valid claims will be included in a random drawing to award the advertised number of prizes available in the prize category in question. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded.

9. WINNERS LIST: For the name of the Grand Prize winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Wonka Bar Golden Ticket Winner List, P.O. Box 921, Prospect Heights, IL 60070 to be received by 12/30/05. Winner list will be sent when all winners have been verified. Do not send any other correspondence, requests or claims to this box.
