1. WHO CAN PLAY: The Get Wonk'd Instant Win Game ("Game") and the Online Second Chance Drawing are open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (Void in Puerto Rico), who are 6 years of age and older. Employees of Nestlé USA, Inc. -- The Willy Wonka Candy Factory ("Sponsor"), its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, promotion an d advertising agencies, including asterisk*, Frankel & Company ("Frankel") and their parent company, affiliates and subsidiaries, and entities involved in the production of the Game materials, and their immediate families (spouse, and parents, children and siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of residence) and persons residing in the households of any of these individuals, are ineligible to play or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. HOW TO OBTAIN A GAME PIECE: Game pieces can be found on the inside of specially marked Wonka® Nerds®, Nerds® Rope, Lik-m-Aid® Fun Dip and Flavor Flippers^tm candy packaging, available beginning approximately April 1, 2004 and ending December 31, 2004 or sooner if supplies are exhausted and all game pieces are distributed ("Game Period"). To receive a game piece without making a purchase and a copy of the Official Rules, mail a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope (VT residents may omit return postage) to: Get Wonk'd Game Piece Request, P.O. Box 812720, Chicago, IL 60681-2720. Limit one request per stamped envelope, which must be postmarked by December 31, 2004 and received by January 7, 2005.

3. HOW TO PLAY THE GAME: Carefully open the specially marked candy package. If the candy turns your mouth Prankster Purple, you've been Wonk'd and could be a winner. If the package is a winner it will also read, "YOU'VE BEEN WONK'D. GRAND (FIRST OR SECOND) PRIZE WINNER." Winning status is subject to verification and you must follow the directions in Rule #6 "HOW TO CLAIM A PRIZE." If game message says "Sorry", then you are not a winner. All game pieces printed on the inside of specially marked non-winner packaging will also include a special password. Retain this special password for another chance to win a prize in a Second Chance Drawing. See Rule #7 "SECOND CHANCE DRAWING".

5. PRIZE CONDITIONS / RESTRICTIONS: Prizes are non-transferable. No cash redemption. No prize substitutions of any kind, whether in cash or otherwise, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value if a prize as described cannot be awarded for any reason. Federal, state and local taxes on prize, if any, and any expenses relating to the acceptance and use of a prize not specified herein are the responsibility solely of the winner. Sponsor and its agents make no representation regarding the quality of a prize and assume no liability for its use. For Grand Prize: Trip must be taken on dates designated by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Actual value of trip varies based upon point of departure and airfare fluctuations. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of sweepstakes prize will not be awarded. Guests accompanying winner must sign and return a release of liability/publicity prior to ticketing of prize. If Grand Prize winner is a minor, or any guests of Grand Prize winner are minors, minor must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian on trip who must sign and return all required documentation. All meals, gratuities and other expenses not outlined herein are sole responsibility of winner.

6. HOW TO CLAIM A PRIZE: Sign the original game piece printed on the inside of the candy package (no copies or mechanical reproductions will be accepted). On a separate 3"x5" card, hand print your name, complete street address, day/evening phone numbers, birth date and location where you purchased your candy and mail the signed original game piece and completed 3"x5" card to: Get Wonk'd Prize Claim, P.O. Box 1316, Grand Rapids, MN 55745-1316, which must be postmarked by 3/31/05 and received by 4/8/05. (If you are an eligible minor in the state in which you reside, you must also include the name and address of your parent/legal guardian on the 3" x 5" card and your parent/legal guardian must also sign the original winning game piece.) You may wish to send your prize claim via a traceable form of delivery, but it is not required; however, all prize submissions are made at your sole risk and proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery. For Grand Prize or First Prize winners, it is recommended that you retain a photocopy of the original game piece for your records. All prize claims are subject to verification. Following verification of a prize claim, the Grand Prize winner will be notified by a traceable form of delivery. First Prize winners will receive their prize by a traceable form of delivery. Second prize winners will receive their prize by mail. If a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited. Four (4) Grand Prizes will be awarded in a Second Chance Drawing. ALL OTHER UNCLAIMED PRIZES WILL NOT BE AWARDED.

7. SECOND CHANCE DRAWING: To enter the Second Chance Drawing, you will need to retain the special password printed on the inside of specially marked non-winner packaging On the Internet, go to: www.wonka.com/wonkd, complete the Second Chance Drawing entry information, including the password and press 'submit.' NOTE: Minors under 13 years old are required to provide parent or legal guardian's email address for notice/consent purposes and so that Sponsor may notify your parent/legal guardian if minor is a potential winner. There are four possible different passwords available, and there is a limit of one entry per person or e-mail address per password. All entrants must have a valid e-mail address. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on 5/20/05. On or about 6/1/05, the judges will randomly select one winner from among all eligible entries submitted under each of the four passwords, to win a Grand Prize (ARV $5,000 each). A total of four Grand Prizes will be awarded. The odds of winning a prize will be determined by the number of eligible entries received in each password drawing. Grand Prize winner (or Grand Prize winner's parent/legal guardian in the case of a minor winner under 13) will be notified by email. To claim the prize, winner (or parent/legal guardian) must confirm and verify eligibility by responding to the notification e-mail in the manner outlined therein within 14 days of mailing. Prize will be forfeited if winner (or parent/legal guardian) fails to respond to the notification e-mail within 14 days. The notification e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address submitted at registration (parent/legal guardian's e-mail in case of minor under 13). Sponsor is not responsible for any failure of a winner (or parent/legal guardian) to respond to prize notification. In the event of a dispute, entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain name associated with the submitted e-mail address. Proof of being the authorized account holder may be required. CAUTION: Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Second Chance Drawing is a violation of criminal and civil law and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorney's fees) from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual (and all of his or her entries) who tampers with the entry process. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site and/or web site users or by any of the equipment or programming, associated with, or utilized in, the Second Chance Drawing; any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access of the web site; or any injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer(s) related to or resulting from participating in this Second Chance Drawing. If, for any reason the Second Chance Drawing cannot be conducted as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, which in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this drawing, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Second Chance Drawing and select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to such action taken.

8. CONDITIONS FOR RECEIVING GRAND PRIZE: A Grand Prize winner (or his/her parent or legal guardian in the case of a minor) will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release which must be completed and returned within 14 days of date of notification or prize may be forfeited. Limit one Grand Prize per household/address.

9. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: By playing the Game or entering the Second Chance Drawing, participants (and parent/legal guardian if participant is a minor) agree: (a) to the Official Rules and the decisions of Nestle USA, Inc. and the official judges, which shall be final in all respects; (b) if declared a Grand or First Prize winner, to the use of their names and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation, except where prohibited by law; and (c) to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidi nd a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Get Wonk'd Winners List, P.O.
