• Will I get on Email junk-mail lists if I join Club 'W'?

WHAT'S A SCREEN NAME? When you first join Club 'W', you must choose a Screen Name for yourself -- anything you like (no nasty language, please!) -- and your Screen Name and your Password are what you use to log-in to Club 'W'. Some earlier members of Club 'W' may not have chosen a Screen Name yet. If you are one of these members who used to sign in using your Email Address and Password, just do the same thing again on the main Club 'W' page, typing in your Email Address where it asks for Screen Name. You'll then go to a special Web page where we'll ask you to choose your brand new Screen Name. After that, whenever you come back to Club 'W', you can just use your Screen Name and Password to get in. Back to Top

I WANT TO CHANGE MY SCREEN NAME. Once you've chosen a Screen Name, it's yours forever. It can't be changed. If you want, though, you can register again as a new member and then choose a different Screen Name. NOTE: No two members can have the same Email Address. If you want to register as a new member, you will need to get a new, different Email Address, too. Or you can send us an Email request at clubw@wonka.com asking to have your old membership deleted so you can register again as a new member with the same Email Address. I WANT TO CHANGE THE EMAIL ADDRESS YOU USE TO SEND ME THINGS. To change your Email Address (or any of the information we have for you), just do the following: Sign in to Club 'W' using your Screen Name and Password. Once you're on the Welcome page, click on the "Change Info" button on the upper right. On the "Change info" page, you can change any of the information we have for you except for your Screen Name. When you're finished, click the "Submit" button to save your changes. Back to Top

WHAT IF MY EMAIL ADDRESS IS THE SAME AS MY PARENT'S EMAIL ADDRESS? That's fine. Many kids use their parent's Email Address. Just make sure that any special Emails which we address to your parents are read by them. Everything else is for you! Back to Top

I DON'T WANT TO RECEIVE WILLY WONKA'S NEWSLETTER ANYMORE. To stop receiving the Club 'W' Newsletter (or a WONKAgram from Willy on your birthday), just do the following: Sign in to Club 'W' using your Screen Name and Password. Once you're on the Welcome page, click on the "Change Info" button on the upper right. At the bottom of the "Change info" page, uncheck the boxes of any Club 'W' features that you no longer want to participate in. These include getting the Newsletter and Birthday WONKAgram from Willy Wonka, as well as being eligible for any Club 'W' Contests or Sweepstakes. Can you opt in or out of any or all of these Club 'W' features and still remain a member of Club 'W'. Click the "Submit" button when you're done in order to save your changes. HOW DO I GET MY CLUB 'W' MEMBERSHIP CARD? Once you are a member of Club 'W', just log-in using your Screen Name and Password. Then, when you're on the Club 'W' Welcome page, just click on the "Print Membership Card" button. This will bring up a page that you can print out on your computer's printer.
