CONTEST IS OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE U.S. EXCEPT PUERTO RICO, WHO ARE 15 YEARS OF AGE OR YOUNGER. GAME WILL BE CONSTRUED ACCORDING TO U.S. LAW. PLEASE DO NOT ENTER IF YOU ARE NOT A LEGAL U.S. RESIDENT AND LOCATED WITHIN THE U.S. AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.

- NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. The "Gum Ball Grabber" High Score Contest begins at 12:00:00 a.m. PST on January 1, 2004. There are monthly game periods which will run from 12:00:00 a.m. PST on the first day of each month and will end at 11:59:59 p.m. PST on the last day of each month ("Game Period"). The final Game Period ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PST on February 28, 2006.
- To Play: Go to www.wonka.com, click on the ClubDub section, and log in. If you are not already a member of ClubDub, complete and submit the ClubDub registration form in the ClubDub section. There is no purchase or other obligation incurred in registering for ClubDub. Parents are notified of participation. Please see our Privacy Policy for information regarding our use of this information. There are two games that can be played: "NERDS" and "SHOCK TARTS." In each, the player is presented with a game board containing a certain number of rows and columns of colored gumballs. Through a series of moves connecting gumballs of the same color, players remove gumballs from the game board. When gumballs are removed, the game board shifts as other gumballs fall, changing the color pattern. The more gumballs a player can remove in a single move, the more points received. Scoring: removing 2 gumballs = 2 points, 3 gumballs = 6 points, 4 gumballs = 12 points, 5 gumballs = 20 points, 6 gumballs = 30 points, 7 gumballs = 42 points, 8 gumballs = 56 points, and so on incrementally. Bonus points are awarded for clearing columns and leaving four or fewer gumballs at the end. The game ends when there are no more possible moves. Refer to the instructions on the "Gum Ball Grabber" online game page for more details on gameplay. You may play as many times as you wish. All entrants must have a valid email address. In case of dispute as to identity of winner, the winner will be declared to be the registered user of the email account (provided the registered user meets the eligibility criteria set forth in Rule 6 of these Official Rules).
- Winner Selection: The top ten highest scores in the NERDS and SHOCK TARTS categories during each monthly Game Period will be deemed the winners. High scores will not be carried over to the next monthly Game Period. Winner's parent or legal guardian will be notified on or about the 5th day of the following month. Prizes are limited to only one NERDS prize and one SHOCK TARTS prize per person/email address per month.
- All entrants must provide their parent /legal guardian's email address and Sponsor will notify parent/legal guardian by email if the child is a potential winner. If the child is a potential winner, a Parental Permission Form ("Form") will be emailed to the parent/guardian which must be completed, signed indicating approval and returned by mail or fax to address/fax number provided on the Form to Sponsor within the time specified by Sponsor. If a Form is not completed and submitted within the specified time, the potential winner will forfeit his/her right to be declared a winner or win a prize.
- Prizes: Ten (10) SHOCK TARTS prizes and ten (10) NERDS Prizes will be awarded for each Game Period. Prize will consist of one (1) WONKA Nerd Bean Bag Toy or other similarly priced item from the WONKAstore in Sponsor's discretion and a sample box of WONKA brand candy (ARV: $20.00 each). Verified prize winners will be posted at www.wonka.com. No cash substitutions for prizes will be permitted and prizes are non-transferable. In case of unavailability of any prize, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. All applicable federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner's parent/legal guardian. By entering the Contest, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these rules and the decision of the judges, which shall be final in all matters relating to the Contest. Acceptance of prize by parent or legal guardian constitutes winner's consent that Sponsor may use winner's name, likeness and/or biographical information for promotional purposes (including posting first and last initial on this Web site), except where prohibited. If emailed prize notification is returned as undeliverable or parental/release forms are not returned within time specified, the prize will be forfeited. Sponsor, its directors, employees and agents assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses, or injury resulting from acceptance, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize.
- Eligibility: Contest open to legal residents of the United States, EXCEPT Puerto Rico, who are 15 years of age and under. Employees of Willy Wonka Candy Factory and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion/interactive and similar agencies, and the immediate families and household members of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
- Sponsor assumes no responsibility for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions or other errors/failures of any kind, delayed computer transmissions or network connections, including but not limited to, lost Internet connection during the play of the game causing player's score to be lost and not recorded. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, suspend or modify this Contest, in any manner, should virus, bug or other causes beyond Sponsor's control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Contest. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest or by any technical or human errors which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Contest.
