1. WHO CAN PLAY: The Eat, Lick & Win! Instant Win Game ("Game") and the Online Second Chance Drawing are open to legal residents of the 50 U.S.& D.C., 6 years or older. 2. HOW TO OBTAIN A GAME PIECE: Game pieces can be found inside specially-marked packages of WONKA® SWEETARTS ® candy brands listed below beginning approximately 7/01/04 and ending 1/2/06 or sooner if supplies are exhausted and all game pieces are distributed, which ever occurs first. To obtain an official game wrapper without purchase, print the prize category/candy name for game wrapper you are requesting, your name, address and phone number on a 3"x5" card, and mail it in an envelope to the address for the chosen brand below. Limit one wrapper request per postmarked envelope. Game wrapper requests must be postmarked by 1/2/06 and received by 1/10/06 There are 2 prize categories for the Grand and First prizes; "Tart" & "Sour." Tart category includes: SWEETARTS® roll, SWEETARTS® mini-Chewy and SWEETARTS® Gummy Bugs and the Sour category includes: SWEETARTS® SHOCKERS®. 3. HOW TO PLAY THE GAME: Carefully open the specially-marked wrappers. You are a Grand or First Prize winner if your game wrapper contains an official light-up "LICK-O-METER" and the package states "COOL DEAL You Have Won" and indicates your prize. If your package contains a light-up "LICK-O-METER," lick the designated center area once and the "LICK-O-METER" will light up to reveal the Grand or First Prize you have won. You could also be a Second Prize winner if the inside of your package has a printed lick-o-meter and reads "COOL DEAL. You have won two free rolls of WONKA® SWEETARTS® SHOCKERS®." Winning status is subject to verification and you must follow the directions in Rule #6 "HOW TO CLAIM A PRIZE." If game message says "Bummer," then you are not a winner. All non-winning game pieces printed on the inside of specially-marked packaging will also include a special password. 5. PRIZE CONDITIONS / RESTRICTIONS: Prizes are non-transferable. No cash redemption. No prize substitutions of any kind, whether in cash or otherwise, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value if a prize as described cannot be awarded for any reason. Federal, state and local taxes on prize, if any, and any expenses relating to the acceptance and use of a prize not specified herein are the responsibility solely of the winner. Sponsor and its agents make no representation regarding the quality of a prize and assume no liability for its use. For Sour and Tart Grand Prize: Trip must be taken on dates designated by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Actual value of trip varies based upon point of departure and airfare fluctuations. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of sweepstakes prize will not be awarded. Guests accompanying winner must sign and return a release of liability/publicity prior to ticketing of prize. If Grand Prize winner is a minor, or any guest of Grand Prize winner is a minor, minor must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian on trip who must sign and return all required documentation. Sponsor is not responsible for cost associated with additional travelers.

6. HOW TO CLAIM A PRIZE: For all Sour and Tart Grand and First Prize packages, mail the entire original winning game wrapper and light-up LICK-O-METER game piece (no copies or mechanical reproductions will be accepted) and a separate 3"x5" card with your name, complete street address, day/evening phone numbers, birth date and location where you purchased your candy and mail to: Eat, Lick & Win! Prize Claim, P.O. Box 1409, Young America, MN 55594-1409. Prize claim must be received by 2/14/06. If you are an eligible minor in the state in which you reside, include your parent or legal guardian's name and address on the 3" x 5" card. You may wish to send your prize claim via a traceable form of delivery, but it is not required; however, all prize submissions are made at your sole risk and proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery. For Grand Prize or First Prize winners, it is recommended that you retain a photocopy of the original game piece and wrapper for your records. All prize claims are subject to verification. Following verification of a prize claim, the Grand Prize winner will be notified by a traceable form of delivery. First Prize winners will receive their prize by a traceable form of delivery. Second prize winners will receive their prize by mail. If a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited. 7. SECOND CHANCE DRAWING: To enter the Second Chance Drawing, you will need to retain the special password printed on the inside of specially-marked non-winning wrappers. Log onto www.wonka.com and complete the Second Chance Drawing entry information, including the password from your non-winning wrapper and press 'submit.' NOTE: Minors under 13 years old are required to provide parent or legal guardian's email address for notice/consent purposes and so that Sponsor may notify parent/legal guardian if minor is a potential winner. Limit one entry per person, per e-mail address per password, per day. All entrants must have a valid e-mail address regardless of whether more than one person uses the same e-mail address. Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET 2/28/06. On or about 3/6/06 judges will randomly select one Grand Prize winner from among all eligible entries submitted. Either one (1) "Tart" Grand Prize OR one (1) "Sour" Grand Prize will be awarded. See rule #4 "PRIZES" for Grand Prizes. The odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries. Grand Prize winner (or Grand Prize winner's parent/legal guardian in the case of a minor winner under 13) will be notified by email. To claim the prize, winner (or parent/legal guardian) must confirm and verify eligibility by responding to the notification e-mail in the manner outlined therein within 14 days of mailing. Prize will be forfeited if winner (or parent/legal guardian) fails to respond to the notification e-mail within 14 days. The notification e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address submitted at registration (parent/legal guardian's e-mail in case of minor under 13). Sponsor is not responsible for any failure of a winner (or parent/legal guardian) to respond to prize notification. In the event of a dispute, entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain name associated with the submitted e-mail address. Proof of being the authorized account holder may be required. CAUTION: Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Second Chance Drawing is a violation of criminal and civil law and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorney's fees) from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual (and all of his or her entries) who tampers with the entry process. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site and/or web site users or by any of the equipment or programming, associated with, or utilized in, the Second Chance Drawing; any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access of the web site; or any injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer(s) related to or resulting from participating in this Second Chance Drawing. If, for any reason the Second Chance Drawing cannot be conducted as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, which in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this drawing, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Second Chance Drawing and select winner from among all eligible entries received prior to such action taken.

8. CONDITIONS FOR RECEIVING GRAND PRIZE: A Grand Prize winner (or his/her parent or legal guardian in the case of a minor) will be required to sign a Winner's Agreement and Release and return it by date specified or prize may be forfeited. Limit one Grand Prize per household/address.

9. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: By playing the Game or entering the Second Chance Drawing, participants (and parent/legal guardian if participant is a minor) agree: (a) to the Official Rules and the decisions of Nestle USA, and the official judges, which shall be final in all respects; (b) if declared a Grand or First Prize winner, to the use of their names and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation, except where prohibited by law; and (c) to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and their parent and affiliates, and printing suppliers from any and all liabilities, damages and injuries arising out of their participation in this Game or Second Chance Drawing and the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of any prize received in this Game or Second Chance Drawing. As a condition of playing the Game or entering the Second Chance Drawing, participant (and parent/legal guardian if participant is a minor) agrees that (i) under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, (ii) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Game or Second Chance Drawing, or with any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (iii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Game or Second Chance Drawing, but in no event to include attorney's fees (iv) the Game and Second Chance Drawing are governed by the laws of the United States and all entrants hereby submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in Glendale, California for the resolution of all claims and disputes.

10. ADDITIONAL TERMS: Sponsor, prize providers and their agents are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, incorrect, damaged, misdirected, illegible, postage due mail/requests or prize claims. All requests/claims/submissions are Sponsor's property and will not be returned. All game pieces and passwords are subject to verification and are void if a) not obtained in accordance with these Official Rules and through legitimate channels, b) any part is counterfeit, altered, defective, illegible, reproduced, tampered with, mutilated or irregular in any way or c) contain or are the result of printing, typographical, mechanical, seeding or other errors. DO NOT SHOW OR GIVE ANY PRIZE WINNING OFFICIAL GAME WRAPPER OR GAME PIECE TO ANY RETAIL PERSONNEL. RETAIL PERSONNEL ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO VERIFY OR REDEEM CLAIMS FOR THESE PRIZES. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for printing, distribution, production or other errors and may rescind, modify, cancel or revoke this Game or the Second Chance Drawing based upon any such error or any fraud or other conditions which corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Game without liability and at their sole discretion. Sponsor's liability for game pieces and passwords containing printing or other errors is limited to replacement, until supplies are exhausted. Participants assume all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay or misdirection of materials/mail submitted to Sponsor. If by reason of a printing or other error, more prizes are claimed in a prize category than the number set forth in these rules, all persons making valid claims in a prize category will be included in a random drawing to award the advertised number of prizes available in the prize category in question. No more than the advertised number of prizes in each prize category in these Official Rules will be awarded.
